Aimex German Pillow
Aimex German grew up with humble beginnings in a small neighborhood outside of Guayos, Cuba. There she spent the first 17 years of her life living in a home without common amenities like plumbing or running water. Aimex was very close to her grandfather who would take her to school every morning on the back of his bicycle and pick her up in the same fashion later in the day. At age 17, Aimex immigrated to the United States with her mother, grandmother, and younger sister. They first settled in Las Vegas, where she began teaching herself how to read, write, and speak English. After three years in Vegas, Aimex and her family moved to Boca Rotan. Aimex began working in retail. With her persistence in wanting to learn everything about the store’s operations, she shortly found herself as the store manager. After working retail for 5 years, Aimex accepted a position with Claims Adjustment Group of Deerfield Beach, Florida, working as a system administrator. With money saved over the years, Aimex and her family were able to buy their first house. The home buying experience fascinated Aimex so much that she immediately used her company’s paid vacation days to take a real estate course shortly after the closing on their home. After passing the class exam that week, Aimex passed the State exam a few months later.
In January of 2020, Aimex moved to Key West to pursue her goal of becoming a successful real estate agent. Aimex has been coming down to the Keys for the past 5 years and decided to make this her new home. Between the clear blue water, peaceful atmosphere , and beautiful architecture, Key West is the perfect place to live.
In her spare time, Aimex enjoys traveling, outdoor activities such as running and spending time with her family (some of which still live in Cuba). Aimex also enjoys clay shooting and is a member of the National Sporting Clays Association and a certified NRA Range Safety Officer.
