The home features 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and the main bedroom has a king and an en-suite. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Second bathroom can be accessed from the main living/kitchen area, as well as from the guest bedroom hallway. Pets are allowed, but no more than 2. This home has a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area, sitting for 6, as well a spacious living area with a queen size sofa sleeper and a big screen TV. Just exit the living room and you can enjoy spectacular views from the upstairs patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The guests will have full access to both Atlantic and Gulf from our 44 feet seawall. The downstairs area is covered and includes a dining table and grill where you can cook your fresh catch. There is also covered parking for 2 cars. You can explore the beautiful bay area from the home using the two kayaks provided. Enjoy a day out in the sun on one of the 4 lounge chairs or watch the unique sunset from the lower level concrete patio by the water, also have a glass of wine in our tiki hut and enjoy the view. The neighborhood has a large community park with tennis courts, basketball, playground and a large field. It is also within walking distance of the world-famous Baby's Coffee shop.
